Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and work loyalty at the Eye Specialist Hospital Nurse, South Sumatra Province, Palembang City. The type of research used is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 59 people consisting of 11 men and 48 women with the selection of samples using total sampling technique. The research instrument used was the Organizational Climate and Work Loyalty Scale with the help of SPSS version 25 for windows. The results of the hypothesis test showed a significance value of 0.000 p <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between Organizational Climate and Work Loyalty in Nurses at the Special Eye Hospital, South Sumatra Province Palembang City. So that the hypothesis proposed in this study can be accepted.
